Expectations for Students

Be Responsible:

  • Lessons — be on time & have materials ready
  • Devices — have ready & charged or plugged in
  • Video — keep on at all times; students should be in camera view
  • Audio — keep speakers & microphone on, as directed
  • Participate — listen attentively, be active during lessons, and take neat notes
  • Try your best and have fun!

Be Respectful:

  • Be courteous — use kind words and faces; do not talk out of turn or be disruptive
  • Be appropriate — do not eat or sleep during lessons; wear appropriate clothing (no obscene images or language)
  • Be present — avoid distractions & multitasking
  • Use equipment as intended — do not use devices or cell phones for other websites or applications, no messaging, no video games, no toys, etc.

Cancellation and Refunds (working version)

The Team of Village Solutions (VS) has worked diligently to create a dynamic enrichment program for your child, and has made efforts to schedule our services on reasonable dates and times for all involved. We recognize that the scheduling of services often requires flexibility.

VS reserves the right to cancel sessions or alter sessions dates and times. Should a session be cancelled or if the alternative dates and times are not suitable — and you notify VS via email, at customerservice@village-solutions.net with the word “Cancellation” in the subject line and your contact and order information in the body of the message, at least 3 days prior to the beginning of the program session — a full refund will be given.

Full refund — if purchaser cancels at least 3 days before instruction begins.

80% refund — if purchaser cancels within 14 days after instruction begins.

No refund — if purchaser cancels beyond 14 days after instruction begins.

If you choose to cancel your purchase of our services, you must send an email to customerservice@village-solutions.net with the word “Cancellation” in the subject line and your contact and order information in the body of the message.

Technology

VS does not warrant that the provision of any content online will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely or error free, that defects will be corrected or that such content is secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors and omissions. VS will make attempts to conduct make-up lessons if they experience technological issues with hardware/software on their end. VS is not liable for any technological issues which may occur as a result of the hardware/software you are using (e.g. internet, computer, phone, etc.) while you are participating in our program sessions.
